I’m Septembre Lewis, your wellness empowerment coach and I will be your host.
This week we are owning the series, Creatively Inclined: It’s Never Too Early Nor Too Late to Get Started! with Natasha Weston often known as Tottie. Tottie has such a graceful fire about her. Through finding herself, she used her past as her springboard to spring forward.
Natasha ‘Tottie’ Weston is an entrepreneur, author and motivational blogger. Most known for her hustler spirit, mogul in the making actions, and her multi-talents, she is on her way to becoming the next leader in business, fashion, social media & entrepreneurship.
As a native of Charleston, South Carolina, Natasha grew up in a rural community with very little fashion, media or entertainment exposure. The only access to music and fashion was either from a magazine or catching the latest trends on television. Despite the lack of direct access to the industry, Natasha knew exactly where she needed to be so she began aligning herself with the proper contacts and feeding her intellect with terms and strategies as she began her journey to success...
"Do it SCARED." If you wait until you feel like doing it, you'll NEVER do it. Natasha "Tottie" Weston
In July 2010, Natasha decided to jump-start her career in hopes of making a lasting impact in the fashion world. Unsure as to what sector to begin with, Natasha wanted to both design and style. With much prayer and persistence, Natasha soon received confirmation that styling was her niche after receiving a phone call from Erica Rae, Entertainment Editor of J’Adore Magazine. She was in need of a stylist for NY Fashion Week and remembered Natasha reaching out to her about styling a few weeks prior via social media.
After accepting a styling job from Erica, Natasha took a leap of faith and traveled to New York City in September, 2010. It was after that experience that Natasha’s purpose and creativity was ignited. With a passion to help others improve their self-image, all while looking their best at all times, Natasha settled in NY in hopes of making an impact in the fashion industry.
In April 2011, Eloquence Enterprises was birthed. Natasha states, “EE is a multi-faceted creative services company, focused on brand creation and adventure into fashion, art, music and entertainment industries”.
Though Eloquence Enterprises has introduced some new and exciting concepts, their overall mission is to inform and bring awareness to undiscovered talent by increasing exposure to existing professionals and businesses worldwide. EE is committed to creating businesses and major events under the Eloquence brand, while allowing the urban-trendsetting and multi-talented individual to embrace, educate and empower their life’s purpose.
Natasha is by far a force to be reckoned with. As of 2014, she’s been featured in an array of blogs, contributing her thoughts and ideas on the fashion, business, media and entertainment industries. She has also worked with many names in business, entertainment and fashion such as Co-Founder of Market America/SHOP.com, Loren Ridinger, celebrity stylists Kendrell Bowman and Tiffany Dean, and has also worked with Executive Producers & Celebrity PR specialists, Monique Jackson and Kita Williams.
In the midst of her grind, Natasha has also managed to launch her own blog, “Table Talk with Tottie”. You can catch her on www.TableTalkwithTottie.com weekly, as she brings inspiration, business tips, fashion, beauty, and entertainment to the table. Through her blog, she gives back by sharing her stories and journey with her readers. Natasha has also started her very first non profit organization, Tottie’s Reading Angels, providing minority girls ages 3-6 in single parent homes, with reading books, in her home state of South Carolina. Although she is still very much a beginner in this game of business, her main priority is to be effective in all that she does. This mogul-in-the-making is building an empire from the ground up by simply creating her own opportunities.
You can keep up with Natasha Weston as she guest blogs for Loren Ridinger, Founder of Market America and Shop.com and of course on social media.
