Good day and welcome to the Golden Mind Show. I just want to start out with a warm welcome to new listeners and a huge thank you to the avid ones. The fan base is quickly growing, and I just want to thank everyone. Just a few quick reflections, the show is coming to a 6-month mark and the Bre’s Umbrella movement is coming to a 2-year mark, wow! Humbly grateful!

TaKiyah Wallace is Founder of Brown Girls Do Ballet, a philanthropic movement that seeks to celebrate and increase participation of underrepresented populations of girls in ballet programs. She is also a Gifted-Education teacher for a large urban school district as well as Owner/Photographer of Some Sweet Photography (Dallas, Texas). She holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of North Texas and a Masters Degree from Texas Christian University. Her mission in life is to empower women and girls.
